1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer (not a business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods or starting your service contract, without giving any reason.

2. Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Certain types of items are exempt, such as perishable goods, digital downloads, personalised/custom products, or hygiene items (e.g. earrings or underwear).

3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- The refund will be processed within 7 working days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will refund the return postage.
5. Services & Digital Products
- If you purchase a digital product or download, you waive your right to a 14-day refund once the download or streaming begins.
- For services, you can cancel within 14 days, unless the service has already been performed in full.
